The Problem

Ten tools that don’t talk to each other

A typical small business pays for a website builder, an email tool, an e-signature service, a forms tool, an SEO tool, and an analytics product. None of them share data, so the owner re-types the same customer into three systems and still can’t answer “which email brought in that booking?”

Every one of those tools can raise its price, change its terms, or cap usage at any time. The business’s data ends up spread across vendors it doesn’t control.

What It Runs

Everything a business runs online, in one place

Websites that stay up

Client sites keep serving even when the admin side is down, so a problem on our end never takes a storefront offline. Sites built elsewhere can be moved in, page for page.

E-signature, built in

Waivers and regulated forms signed online, with no per-envelope fees and every signed document kept with the client’s own records. See the case study →

Email under your own name

Campaigns and everyday business email from a complete email platform of our own. The list belongs to the business, and dead addresses clean themselves out. See the case study →

Analytics that count real people

Our own tracking filters bots out of the numbers, so a business sees how many real people showed up. Google rankings sync every day, so search progress is measured, not guessed.

A client portal, if you want one

Each client has its own branded portal for analytics, forms, email, documents, and support. Clients who would rather have it handled never have to log in.

A backbone for new products

It powers 2 standalone CRMs, including an insurance agency’s daily workspace, so new products launch on infrastructure already proven in production. See the CRM case study →

We own and operate the platform. Each client owns its website and all of its data, with a full export whenever it asks.

The Results

What it has done for real businesses

Rescued a neglected email list, then doubled it

A farm attraction inherited a list still mailing people who had unsubscribed. We cut 3,446 dead contacts and turned every signed waiver into a chance to opt in, and the list doubled to 26,136 active contacts.

Outgrew a third-party ceiling

The same client’s old email provider capped it at 40,000 sends a month while the list kept growing. We moved every send onto our own platform, and the client now owns its list and its data.

Our own e-signature, instead of paying per envelope

We built e-signature into the platform instead of paying a per-envelope service. The same engine has now collected 42,000+ signatures.

How We Run It

Built to be trusted with your business

Your data stays yours

Every client’s data lives in one centralized system, and every request is scoped to that client. A dedicated audit of the email system found and closed two cross-client gaps, which most small shops never look for.

Locked down

Two-factor login by authenticator app, five permission levels, and logs of every administrative action. Signer names and emails are encrypted, and signed waivers are backed up nightly to a second provider and checked automatically.

Honest about problems

When something breaks, there’s a written report: what happened, the cause, the fix, and what changed so it can’t recur. When 68 waiver emails failed in April 2026, all of them were fixed and re-sent the same night.

One developer, accountable for all of it

About 230,000 lines of code across 6 applications, built and run by one developer in 13 months. When you call, you talk to the person who built it.
