The Problem
E-signature services charge per envelope, so the more a business grows, the more it pays to collect a signature. A busy attraction signing every visitor would pay for every single one.
So we built e-signature into our own platform instead. The same engine handles hundreds of visitor waivers a day and once-a-year Medicare paperwork for senior clients.
Case Study A · High Volume
The problem: every visitor at Majestic Meadows Alpacas needs a signed Ohio agritourism waiver. Paper at the gate meant lines, lost forms, and no record when it mattered.
What we built: a waiver step in front of the farm’s existing booking system. One adult signs for the whole party, naming up to 30 guests, and gets a signed PDF by email.
The results: 41,996 signed waivers since January 2026, with 7,288 in the busiest month and 683 on the busiest single day.
Case Study B · Regulated Paperwork
The problem: clients, mostly seniors, must sign government and carrier forms exactly as written, once or twice a year. The agents were printing every form just to countersign it.
What we built: the agency’s own forms, filled and signed online from a private link with no account or password to remember. Agents countersign inside their CRM, with no printing.
The punchline: in the first month of the annual forms season, 118 of the 262 clients who responded (45%) moved their paperwork fully online. The rest chose paper, and the system printed their packets in mailing order.
The results: 92 annual packets completed entirely online, and 301 signed forms since June 2026: 139 Scopes of Appointment, 159 annual Medicare questionnaires, and 3 new-client forms.
Signers open a private link, sign on any phone or computer, and they’re done. Nobody abandons a form over a password they made eleven months ago.
The engine fills a business’s existing PDF forms, including fillable government and carrier forms. Long answers continue onto an attached page instead of being cut off.
Each signature is saved with the exact consent text the signer agreed to, dated in their own time zone. Forms built from our templates add a Certificate of Completion, so “who signed this, and when?” is one click away.
Every signer gets a signed PDF by email from the business’s own address. Every signed submission shows up in the client’s portal.

When Something Breaks
During an email migration, signed waivers kept saving but their confirmation emails stopped sending. We found the cause, fixed it, and built a safe re-send tool the same night. All 68 affected emails went out, no data was lost, and a written incident report is on file.
