The Challenge
Majestic Meadows is an alpaca farm and petting zoo with more than 20 animal species and hands-on experiences. A previous agency had built their website and email marketing, and over time both fell behind. Three things were quietly costing them customers and revenue.
An aging build, already hit by a hacking attempt, that went down under peak traffic — exactly when the farm needed it most.
Six years to build, then the sends stopped and it was never cleaned. Their most valuable asset, sitting idle.

The Work
