Most importantly: you're getting direct access to me. Not a ticket system. Not a chatbot. A real person who knows your site and answers when you call.

One-time build: I design and build your website from scratch (or migrate your existing site). This is the upfront project cost.

Monthly subscription: I keep it running, secure, updated, and improving. This includes hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, and built-in developer hours for changes.

The subscription is where the real value lives. Anyone can build a site. Keeping it performing, secure, and evolving with your business — that's the ongoing work.

vs. Agencies:

With a typical agency, your request goes through an account manager → project manager → developer (often overseas). Two weeks later, you get an invoice for what should be a 30-minute fix.

Yes. Upgrades happen immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties, no hassle.

Enterprise includes management of up to 3 websites. Additional sites are $150/month each.
